How to Request a Cancellation and Service Terms Print

Introduction

If you no longer require a service, you can easily request a cancellation directly through the billing portal.

Cancellation Steps:

1. Go to Services > My Services.
2. Select the service you wish to cancel.
3. Click Request Cancellation in the sidebar.
4. Briefly provide a reason (helps us improve our services) and choose either:
   • Immediate: The service is stopped and removed immediately.
   • End of Billing Period: The service stays active until your paid cycle expires.

Important: Always download a full backup from your Pterodactyl Game Panel before cancelling, as all data is permanently erased upon service termination.
